What data we collect: name, phone, e-mail or messenger nickname, as well as the data you provide in the form (sport, age). Purpose — to respond to the request, select the program edition, or schedule testing. Basis — your consent when submitting the form.
Data from the forms is sent only to the business owner (to the MAX messenger) and is not transferred to third parties. You can withdraw consent and delete the data by emailing chekanov@bk.ru.

Terms of Service
The “Coach Portal” program is provided under a perpetual license for one computer. “EnergoCard” diagnostics is a sports-applied service: the conclusions are methodological in nature, are not medical, and do not replace a doctor’s consultation.
The cost of services is indicated on the page “Diagnostics”. Payment online or upon receipt, by agreement.
